Construction/Consultants Contracts, Project Budget, Progress Payments |
| Key Role & Responsibilities: |
Calculate cost estimates on projects;
Handle contractual issues of a large scale property development;
Formulate tendering system, managing claims upon commencement of project;
Supervising Quantity Surveying functions;

Ensure completeness and correctness of contracts;
Forsee and prevent possible conflicts;
Resolve disputes/claims in contractual issues

Key Technical & Functional
Skills Required
|
At least 10 years experience in construction industry relating to quantity surveying, contracts management;
Ability in formulating contract documents with various consultants, contractors;
Ability in resolving dispute in contractual issues;
At least 3 years working experience in PRC, familiar with PRC construction industry and cost estimates;
Bilingual in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
