| Key Role & Responsibilities: |
Assess Design Viability/Efficiency
Monitor and Control Consultants progress
Co-ordinate works of all consultants
Assist in and supervise ?preparation of ?tender drwg
Assess suitability of sub-contractors
Ensure correct implementation of design concepts at site
Work in tandem with site team for good progress

Key Technical & Functional
Skills Required
|
At least 8 years experience in construction industry relating to design
Must be able to interact with various consultants and inspire them to work as a team with particular focus on delivering their best effort
Ability to spot design faults at the initial stage and ask critical questions
Good architectural detailing skills
At least 3 years experience in PRC
Bilingual in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
